just bought Vitamin B Complex from superdrugs..benefits?

Its to be taken 1-a-day and it says “energy release” on the side. I’ve heard here and there about its benefits but not exactly sure.
could someone tell me the benefits i would get from taking these? do it help with :

-weight loss
-hair growth? (coz thats what i bought them for mainly =D)
